This is the way our bed was left this morning and I am currently writing this on about 3 hours of sleep with no nap today. This past week heart burn has officially started and last night was one of the worst night's yet during this pregnancy. I woke up before 1am and couldn't fall back asleep until 5am. There was a lot of tossing and turning and propping my head up to try to make myself feel better but I just could not fall back to sleep! I was on my phone at first for awhile hoping it would tire me out like it usually does, but that didn't work. It did not help that my mind was going a mile a minute as well thinking of everything and anything.
I have officially accepted that this could quite possibly be the boys also preparing me/my body to run on little to no sleep. YAY! Next I will try apples and milk to see if that will help (thank you Erin for the advice)!
